    I FEEL HORRIBLE !!!!!!!

    Im so sorry I’ve been gone for so long >.< Long story short my healthy eating failed miserbly ! Slowly I just stopped eating healthy and started finding my way back to to fried, greasy, unhealthy food again. I’m so ashamed of myself. I’m gonna try to get back on track again ! I’ll slowly ease my way back into things and hopefully start losing some weight. Thanks so much for understanding :)

I highly recommend doing this as a method of tracking weightloss.
I, personally, never weigh myself as I find it to be incredibly misleading as a person who workouts out with weights often (as we all do to tone!) may GAIN weight due to an increase in muscle mass which actually weighs MORE than fat.
Taking pictures of yourself from all angles maybe once a month is a great way to see how your definiton and tone has changed, something a scale cannot tell you.
